Psychotherapy

When we feel seen, we know that we exist.

Psychotherapy sessions take place with Patrick Boland via video link or in person on Fridays. Patrick works with adult clients to create a relationship built on safety, trust, and hope, where people feel accepted and challenged to grow in new and meaningful ways.

He draws on Existentialist, Ecological, Jungian and Integrative approaches to psychotherapy, helping clients who are struggling to find a sense of meaning and purpose in their lives. This often arises from a mixture of challenging workplace relationships, as well as from environments and relationships outside of work.

Patrick considers it a privilege to be able to walk with someone through their fears, challenges, and hurts, to help them experience healing and restoration.  For this reason, he sees therapy as an opportunity to help people cope with the challenges of life (both normal and extraordinary), diminish pain and suffering, and experience increased joy, purpose, and self-acceptance.
