We at Conexus respect your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2002. Our obligations to respect your privacy will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into effect across the EU and the EEA region on 25th May 2018, .
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting this website. Naturally, if you are not happy with this Privacy Policy you should not use this website. By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such, and we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these other websites.

We retain two types of information:
Personal Data

We use the Non-Personal Data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise our website.

Your Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by our Internet Service Provider. The right to access – you have the right to request access to your Personal Data and to ask how this data is used by Conexus
The right to be forgotten – if you are no longer a customer, or if you withdraw your consent from Conexus to use your personal data, then you have the right to have your data deleted
The right to data portability – you have the right to transfer your data from one service provider to another
The right to be informed – you have to opt in for your data to be gathered e.g. the checkbox on our online contact form ensures this. Engaging in a coaching session or taking part in a leadership programme requires
The right to have information corrected – your data can be updated if it is out of date, incomplete or incorrect
The right to restrict processing – you can request that your data is not used for processing. Your record can remain in place, but not be used
The right to object – you have the right to stop the processing of your data for direct marketing
The right to be notified – If there has been a data breach which compromises your personal data, you have a right to be informed within 72 hours of first having become aware of the breach
The Personal Data that you provide to us via email, phone or personal meeting (e.g. during a coaching session or a leadership development programme) and that is downloaded onto a hard drive is held on a password-protected laptop computer and on an external hard-drive. Both the laptop computer and external hard-drive can only be accessed by the Principal Consultant. Any files that are held in hard copy and contain Personal Data are kept in a locked filing cabinet at the Conexus head office. All Personal Data will be removed from both digital and physical storage after a period of 7 years from initial collection.
6. Updating, Verifying and Deleting Personal Data
You may inform us of any changes in your Personal Data, and in accordance with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2002 we will update or delete your Personal Data accordingly. To find out what Personal Data we hold on you or to have your Personal Data updated, amended or removed from our database, you can send your request to us via our contact page.
Copies of your personal data that have been deleted may remain in our backup systems for approximately one month. We may still retain your information to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreement, or comply with legal requirements; in this case, your personal information will be blocked from use for any other purpose.
7. Changes to the Private Policy
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any time we decide to use Personal Data in a manner significantly different from that stated in this Privacy Policy, or otherwise disclosed to you at the time it was collected, we will notify you by email, and you will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in the new manner.
